Easy Living@Day Brook Village lets you choose from an à la carte menu of services that you can choose from every day, or just once in a while. It’s ideal for our residents who are not ready for our Assistance in Living lifestyle, who can benefit from some assistance with their daily routine.

Please note that the Easy Living@Day Brook Village Supportive Independent Living program does not cover overnight needs such as assistance with using the bathroom or administering medication. If you are in need of overnight assistance, we welcome you to consider our Assistance in Living lifestyle.
Services
Medication Management
We’ll call your pharmacy and help make sure medications are taken at the right time and safely stored. Note, residents self-administer all medications.
Basic Personal Support
30 Minutes Per Day
From making appointments, to light housekeeping, escorts to meals and activities, and occasional support with personal care, we’re at your service.
Level I Personal Support
1 Hour Per Day
We welcome you to schedule one to two visits each day for assistance with activities such as managing daily tasks, bathing, dressing, or grooming. This service also includes activities of daily living reminders for residents with mild to moderate memory impairment.
Level II Personal Support
2 Hours Per Day
Our most advanced level of Independent Living support includes:
- Two (2) scheduled daily visits for assistance with activities of daily living
- Twice daily personal safety checks
- Escorts to meals and activities
- Healthcare appointment coordination with family and providers
- Medication Management
- Daily light housekeeping, including bedmaking and tidying
- Redirection and orientation to time and place, if needed
